Polaris Projects, Project Division of Polaris Shipping Agencies LLC, Dubai, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES had a succesful month executing several project shipments.

Polaris Projects was awarded a contract for shipment of  around 14,500  frt.tons of various automobiles & construction equipments Ex China to Port Jebel Ali, consisting of RORO and static units which had strict delivery dead line, as to meet an auction commenceing by third week June 2022 in Jebel Ali.   As aware,  due to the severe Covid 19 outbreak in China there was a total shut down and most of the offices were not working which has made it difficult for our partners to ship the equipments on time.   However, with the close follow and cooperation of all concerned, shipment was able to be connected from different Chinese ports subject to space availability and evaluating the transit time of each available sailing options.

On arrival and immediately on dischage of shipment at Port Jebel Ali,   necessary permissions was obtained from DPA for inspection of each units in line with our Standarad Operational Procedures and estabished quality requirments to verify for any damages whilst at sea and also for the idenfification details of each units such as Engine Number, Chassis Number etc.

The complete shipment was Customs Cleared in record time,  delivered to Consignee round the clock to the full satisfaction of our Customer in China as well as in United Arab Emirates.

Polaris was also enstrusted with a land side operation in UAE for a shipment of around 15 x Self Supporting Tank Trailers Ex Europe to Clients yard in Emirates of Abu Dhabi.  Considering the OOG dimensions of Supporting Tank Trailer, permission was obtained from Clients to pull subject Tank Trailers with suitable prime movers drien by experienced drivers.  All required Customs formalities was completed on time by our able Customs Clearing and Forwarding Team so that units which is arriving in different lots can be delivered to Consginee with in the free port storage window  as requiired by Consignee to their receiving sites conveneince.
