We are pleased to announce that the EPNetwork Annual General Meeting will take place from 11 to 14 October 2026 in Bergamo, Italy.

This year’s edition carries special meaning. As we celebrate our 5th Annual Meeting, we are also returning to where it all began, back to Italy, a country closely connected to our network’s origins and leadership.

Hosting AGM26 in Italy reflects both our roots and the strong foundation upon which EPNetwork has been built.

Over the years, EPNetwork has developed into a trusted and specialized global logistics network focused on project cargo. This fifth edition represents not only continuity, but also steady growth, a reflection of the commitment, collaboration, and expertise of our members and partners worldwide.

To mark this five-year milestone, our traditional leisure day will take place jointly with the Global Industrial Relocation Network – GIRN.

This shared programme will bring together members from both networks, creating a valuable opportunity to connect beyond our usual circles and exchange insights with professionals active in complementary sectors of the logistics industry. We are confident that this combined setting will encourage new conversations, broaden perspectives, and open the door to additional cooperation opportunities.

From 11 to 14 October, members and partners will come together to:
