Project News: Mastering Heavy Transport: SME Logistics Successfully Moves Two HRSG Modules

We’re proud to highlight our EPNetwork member, SME Logistics, for the successful sitemove and loadout of two massive HRSG modules.

Each module measured 23.0 m × 19.35 m × 28.7 m and weighed ~1,030 MT, requiring a meticulously engineered heavy transport solution. Using 56 axle lines of SPMTs, powered by three PPUs across three transport lines, the team achieved optimal load distribution, stability, and maneuverability.

This achievement is the result of nearly two years of commitment, from the early bidding stage through detailed engineering and planning, culminating in seven intensive days of flawless execution.

Above all, it showcases the expertise, coordination, and dedication of SME Logistics’ on-site team, proving that careful preparation and teamwork can overcome even the most complex logistical challenges.
